  • All volunteers must submit WSSD Position Volunteer Clearances. Once your Volunteer Position Clearances have been approved by WSSD, please fill out the SRS Home & School Volunteer Interest Form.

    Applicants who have not resided in Pennsylvania for the last 10 consecutive years must complete and submit the three clearances listed above in addition to the FBI Fingerprint Clearance (Enter service code 1KG6XN

    TB Test results that are less than 3 months old are required if you volunteer more than 10 hours per week.

    You must submit your clearances and TB test results (if applicable) by uploading them to the district. WSSD no longer accepts paper copies of clearances.

Please note that Wallingford-Swarthmore School District distinguishes between volunteers and visitors in that visitors are viewed as individuals who are attending and/or observing an event or activity without providing a service to the students, staff, or school/district operations.  Some examples of these events would include but are not limited to: Back to School Nights, Parent/Teacher Conferences, School Assemblies, Student Concerts/Performances, etc.  In this capacity, school visitors do not need the clearances as described below.
